Our Company’s Payment policy applies once your reservation has been confirmed. A confirmed reservation implies when you have secured your reservation by providing your money transfer or other payment disbursement on the price which is mutually agreed upon for the requested service. If for some reason, the price confirmed in the email does not correspond with your understanding, please do let us know and contact us immediately.
For all the contracted services, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid 15 days before commencement of the services.

However, the company reserves the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time remaining for the commencement of the services.

Apart from the above all the bookings commencing during peak season (Diwali, Pooja holidays and from 15 Dec to 15 Jan) 100% advance has to be paid to upon confirmation.

Credit Card Payment Through Cellphone :-

We accept Credit Card payment through cell phone whereby you receive an automated call (IVR Call) on your cell phone for entering and processing your credit card details (MasterCard / Visa). You will then receive confirmation SMS for the transaction occurred. A surcharge of 2.5% would be additional on the total amount to be charged for the Credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days prior to arrival date: 10% of the Tour / service cost
45 days prior to arrival date: 20% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival date: 25% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the Tour / service cost

Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

Some cancellation and refund policies which are out of our contractors:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Indian Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the respective airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund

Law & Jurisdiction

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by ROVER HOLIDAYS , will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Faridabad.
